All the problems reported by customers are caused by not following our installation steps, because there is a security lock in the middle of hole, you can’t do anything if you do not make it open when you want to lock the sides of bed. VERY IMPORTANT about installation steps!!! Please kindly pay attention:  1/ please must remove the cradle tool at the bottom of bed, otherwise you can’t install the bed.   2/ Firstly, there is a hole in the middle of bed. You must first grab the rope in the hole and lift the rope to the highest.   3/Secondly, keeping the middle of bed in the highest state, then lock the two short sides of bed, when you lock each side, you can hear a click sound everytime, that means the side is fixed and locked.   4/ Still keeping the middle of bed in the highest state, then lock the two long sides of bed.   5/ After you make sure the four sides of the bed are locked, you finally can press down the middle of the bed.  Please must follow these installation steps, and must remove the rocker tool when you install the bed firstly.
